Corrections, takedown requests, partnerships, or tip-offs — email is the fastest channel. We read every message and respond within 48 business hours.
What to include
For the fastest response:
- Correction or fact-check: the URL of the page, the specific section or paragraph, and what needs updating.
- Broken link or image: the URL and which link is broken.
- Takedown request: your role, the specific content, and the legal basis (DMCA, trademark, personal data).
- Tip or story idea: a one-paragraph summary — we read everything but can't reply to every tip.
- Privacy / GDPR request: what you would like (access, correction, deletion) and enough info to locate any data you believe we hold.
What we don't answer
We don't provide individual support for the Xender app itself. For app-specific problems (account issues, feature requests, in-app bugs), contact the Xender team at xender.com. This site documents the app; we're not its developers.
Security reports
If you have discovered a security issue on this site itself (not the Xender app), email the same address with [SECURITY] in the subject line and we will respond within 24 hours.
Business hours
We operate on Pacific time (UTC−7). Messages sent evenings or weekends are answered the following business day.
